I bought XL, while wearing XL or XXL t-shirts.It was tight but that's how it should be.After about an hour of wearing it the first few times I got a little nauseous but the third time even after a few days my body got used to it on it and I could go outside with a great feeling.I suggest buying the same size as the t-shirt that almost fits the skin without being restrictive.There are only 2 reasons to lose a star. First of all it's comfort it's a fucking itchy and burning feeling which was mostly remedied by wearing a shirt underneath, but a shirt, vest, shirt makes the day warm. Second, I felt like he could use maybe 2 or 3 inches of length to smooth out the last bit of the belly crease. Otherwise great for the price.
