No makeup brushes or tools only

It had so many great reviews I bought it straight away but I have no idea how it got positive reviews. I NEVER leave reviews but this was so awful I didn't want anyone else to buy it without knowing what's going on. It burns very badly and just rips out lashes, rips out your real ones, plus it leaves marks on my lashes. I'll add a photo between the eye I tried to make and the one I didn't touch.
