Review on 🔌 C218UNVME Ballast Programmed Factor by Universal by Ralph Gerry

This replaces the ballast in a Panasonic bathroom light/fan/heater. It arrived a day early, included everything in the description and, given its small size, corresponded to the position of the original ballast with space requirements. As mentioned, it starts with a delay of about 1 second during which it powers the filaments in two CFLs before they glow. I was able to use the original lamp socket wires as I cut them flush with the original ballast. If you don't, you'll need to add splices. The original ballast was not grounded so I added a ground wire following the instructions printed on the ballast.
