Review on PITAKA Charging Magnetic Wireless Dashboard Car Electronics & Accessories by Instructor Niederhaus

I've been using Pitaka for years so naturally I ordered the Wireless Car Charging Kit for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The kit contains everything you need, including a suitcase and different types of brackets depending on your car's settings. On the plus side, the mounts are very well made and all options for securely mounting your phone are covered. The magnet strength is very impressive and the wireless charging works like a champ with no overheating. The case that comes with it is the MagEZ case, it looks very nice and is very light but that's about all the good things I can say about this case. It is very light in weight, but I found it very uncomfortable to hold and bring to my ear. The case has a lot of cutouts to make it smoother and lighter (see pictures), but unfortunately these cutouts create sharp edges that are uncomfortable. But this case was cumbersome and I asked if there was an option to trade the case in for one of their other cases. Their support team was very apologetic and offered to send a new case. They asked me to pay shipping to an obscure PayPal account, which seemed a bit suspicious at first, but I figured it should be legit if it went through their official website. The new case was shipped promptly and arrived in a few days and is much better. By the way, this is MagEZ pro 2 and it's a fantastic case, very comfortable, protective and with an extremely strong magnet. Overall I love Pitaka products and as a company they are great. Carry on in the same spirit.
