Works great. We still have the Wii, and while Nintendo isn't releasing anything new, there are plenty of games and previously released games available. We bought Wii Sports and didn't realize we needed to buy a Wii Motion+ adapter or controller! It's hard to find and the official stock I found is expensive because it includes the main controller AND the adapter. I just wanted to buy an adapter. Judging by the reviews, there are third-party adapters, but many of them have been criticized, saying that they are of poor quality. It's from Nintendo. As you can see, they're black, so technically they conflict with the standard white controllers, but we didn't care. It snaps firmly into place and works great. As other reviews say, the instructions come in Japanese, but you don't really need them. It's pretty obvious how to snap them, you can use images or just google if you need help. Some pictures show how it looks and fits.
