Before buying for Android use -

Update: A few weeks later my phone's USB-C port connection starts to drop. All other cables I have snap securely in place, for some reason the tablet connector becomes loose and wobbles, the tablet keeps disconnecting when I bump into the cable. I'll try replacing it with another USB OTG adapter, if that doesn't help it'll come back. Original Review: I bought this to sketch cheaply with my LG G6 Android phone. Overall it works well enough for a regular pen. Draw without hotkeys. Pros: - Works right in the plugin without messing around with drivers or settings. - Yes, there is a built-in USB cable, and they include USB C and micro adapters for Android phones. - Minimal amount of lag in Adobe Sketch, no lag in Ibis Paint. - Lots of tips included. - One of the few tablets I've been able to find that allows you to use the entire artboard for your phone - most limit you to half of the tablet's surface area. Cons, and they might be crucial for some of you: - The list doesn't explain that the Android phone keyboard shortcuts become useless. It makes sense when you think about it - most phone apps don't have keyboard shortcuts. But they don't mention it to sell you a feature you might not be able to use. The pen buttons work in Ibis but not in some other Google Play drawing apps. The size of the tablet on your screen is not one to one. You'll feel the cursor drag as if it's moving slower than your hand because you're drawing at a different scale. I'm sure you can get used to it with practice, I already managed it in a few minutes, but it's confusing when you're used to large, fully responsive tablets where the cursor is exactly in line with the stylus position . Makes sense, they can't adapt to all possible phone screen sizes. The instructions state that you can only use the tablet in vertical portrait mode and that rotating the screen to horizontal landscape mode will not work. I've found this to be true for some applications, although it spins really well on Ibis and a few others, so I'm not sure if the manufacturers just don't know it works sometimes. an hour on my LG G6, so about three hours of use before your phone is almost dead. I tried putting it on a Qi wireless charger, but because something was plugged into the charging port, my Qi charger would not activate. I'm used to a laminated tablet screen with a super smooth pen glide. After two days of playing with Veikk, the pen occasionally scratches the tablet. I don't see any scratches on the tablet's surface, so it's likely that the pen tip is worn out. I'll keep an eye on how quickly it wears out if that's why you're given 20 tips to get you started. I'm leaving it because it's cheap and works well enough for basic portable drawing until I get back. home to my larger computer tablet.
