I bought these to use with walkie talkies while hunting with friends. Of course, I didn't want to hear any noises from the radio that might startle the animals. For my purposes, this product works as intended. As already mentioned, the handset slips out of the ear quite easily. So if you move around a lot it will most likely pop out. The clip that attaches to your clothing stays in place, but it's a little awkward if you have it under your jacket and trying to attach it to your collar. Microphone. Since I was outside in the cold, I had to take off my gloves every time I wanted to press to speak, otherwise my fingers would cover the microphone. Looks like a design change is needed. 2013 would be nice to see new in-ear speakers with a better clip and a more convenient PTT button. But this same model, first introduced in 1999, is all I could find. For $10 it's ok and did the job.
