The color of the wallet was a little darker than the picture. I turned green, in the distance it could be confused with black. But in general the quality seemed normal. It may not matter much to some people, but the zipper on the outside to open and close the wallet was very tight/sticky. It took a conscious effort to close it. I promise I'm not that old (under 40) and had to strain to open and close the zipper. I returned my wallet because I hate dealing with complicated zips and feel like zips should be something that can be done mindlessly and effortlessly. Given the price, I didn't want to struggle with the zipper every time I had to pull out my wallet.
