Color lasts at least 12 hours with primer and fixing spray. Without it, it started peeling off after about 5 hours. I applied it more evenly with a makeup sponge. When using a brush, streaks remain. It didn't take too long to dry and once dried it didn't smudge. It was too dark for Gamora. The 1 ounce bottle was enough to cover my face, neck, chest, wrist and upper arms. At first it felt dry and hard on my face but after about 2 hours it became more comfortable or I got used to it. I used makeup remover on the areas where I used the foundation. The soap washed off easily from other places and didn't stain the sink. This color performed better than I expected for the price.
