Low quality, often crashes and skips forward gears and selects reverse or park when manually shifting forward through gears Extremely poor customer service - they blamed me for the problem and said that I did not set it correctly. See image. The real flaw was that the gate/gear selector plate is poorly designed and misses passes and is made from inferior "soft" mild steel. Also, the toggle feature feels terrible and cheap. In short. an aftermarket quality item that will actually result in serious or catastrophic transmission damage from use of these shifters
