Okay but deducted the beginning because ^&*% complicated

Very good for the money so far. Previously, toasters could make toast and act as a small oven. Microwave ovens quickly joined them. Now I'm willing to bet you have three ovens, a full-size "regular" oven, a "toaster" and a microwave. Why? Well, because Americans are hardened psychos, but that's another story. Traditional oversized ovens cook large amounts of food and act as a heater (whether you like it or not). Microwave ovens thaw food, reheat leftovers or cooked food, and can turn food to red-hot atomic ash, but strangely they can't turn anything golden brown. Enter the toaster. Toasters can do the same thing as a full-size oven, but they do it for less and don't heat the whole house. Once this thread is filled, obviously they should have started getting bigger (like everything Americans do). Now your kitchen cabinets are the constraint because they fit under them and (as an added bonus) don't have to set them on fire. harder to operate than the Space Shuttle. I first used this oven to make toast! (like new). It worked well. Unfortunately, this has led to increased (and unreasonable) expectations as to what I can use this for. Spring. to bake! The title led me to this conclusion. It says "Oven" in the title. And we had cake. Pies aren't normally cooked in the microwave as they need to be "cooked" and all that, and not just thawed, reheated, or produced nuclear waste, etc. And that oven is big enough for PIE! Things were going well. Try #1. I put the cake in the oven, turned it on, selected "bake", selected the temperature and the time! It said "preliminary," which I took to mean "preheat." Relax. The big oven works the same way. So confident we went to work and waited for the cake to be ready. We returned later. The oven was off and the (very unbaked) cake was cold. Undaunted, we repeated the same procedure. Started again and again we came back later and the oven was OFF. The cake was singed but cold. Which largely described our condition. At that point we gave up, fired up the big oven and cooked it there. Okay, today I decided to take care of the stove. One of us would win. The woman bet on the stove, but ha! I'm not that easy to beat. I went through the baking sequence with an empty oven and eventually found through trial and error that once the oven started and the preheat was complete, it would get mad at your apparent disinterest in it and shut down. You didn't get back to him on time, you obviously don't understand what you're doing, and he stops working. OK. Again, through trial and error, I found that it says "pre" (preheat) and then "rdy" (which I cleverly transcribed as "done"). If you THEN press start, it will bake and start counting down! honestly , it says in the manual if you dig deep enough. You should understand that "preheat" is automatically part of the "bake" program, then look under "preheat" (even if you didn't press that button). Paragraph or so It turns off automatically unless you press START again. It's right there in the instructions for launch into low earth orbit. In short, it seems like a good stove, but to be honest I didn't realize I had to take a course in college to run this thing. It has many features that I'm sure I'll never use, but I'm happy that I was finally able to program it to run a stock market simulation. What I really wanted to say was in the title but you are so pleased to read this. Learn how to bake $%&^ in this oven!
