I like how easy it is to message other officers when you are out of your jurisdiction. We get all our calls regardless if they come in through dispatch or directly from an officer's radio. This has allowed us to respond faster than having them call back in and report their location. Sometimes we have some overlap but not as much as I would hope with the number of officers working at any given time. It helps us communicate more efficiently while giving law enforcement agencies another source to contact should there be questions regarding their safety that cannot be answered via phone/radio communications.
