Comes vacuum packed and crumpled. I washed it and then put it in the dryer about 2 or 3 times on the lowest setting. It has removed most of the wrinkles and it looks great. This is very convenient, but there are 2 problems. One problem is that it slides off the bed very easily when you sleep. That's just because of the material it's made of. This problem may not occur if you use a different material sheet. Another issue I had was that the duvet felt small. I ordered a queen bed for my queen bed but it doesn't cover my bed completely leaving about a foot open. I used my pillows to fill that gap. Overall it's comfortable, but the main issue for me is that the duvet tends to slide off the bed while I'm sleeping. I cannot fault the company that sells this item.
