I have changed my previous rating from 1 to 5. In my previous review I pointed out that the brush head does not (easily) fit my old Braun Type 7249. The brush would not snap into place. and that I had to apply some pressure to adapt it to the Braun device. I indicated that I would use them with a friction fit to see if the brush head would stay in place thanks to the friction fit. Did I contact the vendor to resolve this unique issue? The seller reacted immediately, made an offer and also offered to refund the purchase price. The friction fit was satisfactory. The seller ensured prompt delivery and customer service.
