EASY TWISTING AND ELEGANT LAMP HANDLES

I love them. I had no idea you could change the handle of a table or floor lamp. But I appreciated the new lamps ($400 or so, for my taste). I had a used lamp that actually had a broken handle head and a floor lamp I bought from a suspicious guy on the street corner who knew very little how to turn the lamp on. Both happened at the same time I injured a tendon in my arm which means turning on the light was very difficult. I took a leap of faith and got her. The design makes it easy to turn the lamps on and off. Instructions for replacing existing grips were on the box they came in. After someone unplugs the lamp to avoid electric shock, they basically unscrew the old handle counterclockwise and screw in the new one clockwise. At the lamp where the handle broke off, I used needle nose pliers to remove the stem of the old handle.
