I've been using double thread for many years. I still love this product but I gave it four stars because the quality control hasn't been quite as it used to be in the last two years. I find flaws in the thread, those broken fibers and broken threads that don't go through the needle of my sewing machine well. On a 400 yard spool, I often have to cut the thread and rethread my machine about twice per spool because of thread errors that don't go through the needle or actual thread breaks where it doesn't go through. .
