In 9 months I passed 4 such Keurigs. It looks like the machine has trouble pumping water through the heater line and eventually overheats and the circuit board burns out. I finally found the cause of this problem and it is due to a major design flaw. Shame on Keurig customer service accusing customers of using other brands of K-Cups. This is because the water tank has a tight lid and creates a vacuum so water cannot slosh out of the bottom. I tested this by holding the closed container over the sink and pressing the bottom latch. Water didn't drain out until I removed the top cover. To solve this problem once and for all, I drilled a small hole in the lid. Now it works fine. Either take off the top or do like me or your Keurig will break! I also think Keurig should retire the product due to this apparent design flaw.
