Defective item arrived
The computer was set up by a local technician who found a faulty hard drive. HP required the unit to be returned instead of shipping a new hard drive and told us to use new packaging for the return. HP will not ship a new unit until it receives the defective unit. HP waited at least 3 days to ship a new device after receiving a defective device. We don't have a replacement computer yet, so we can't be sure it will work.
