I like how easy it is to use, especially when you have someone who can guide you through each step of setting up your account as well as training new employees.

It's not bad, there are some glitches but nothing too major - maybe something for them to look into during their next update. We've been using this system since day 1 so we haven't noticed any problems yet. Our security team was able to get set up with our site in less than 10 minutes! So far everything has gone smoothly and they're very quick at responding to questions or concerns.
