This is a terrible product that went bad so quickly.
I've worn them for five sessions at the gym and both are already punctured and my knees are scraped and bruised. This is an awful product it was so damaged after such a short use, the other pair I have are still in near perfect condition and I've had them for years. Don't buy this.
