A Cold and Bitter Disappointment: PURELINE

Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of doing business with the PURELINE firm, and let me tell you, it was a bad experience. Don't be fooled by their sleek and shiny website; this business is as icy and unwelcoming as a freezer. Although their water filters make the claim that they will add freshness and purity to your refrigerator, all they did for me was frustrate and fail me. Their customer service representatives were about as helpful as a snowman in the desert, in addition to the fact that the filter I purchased did not fit my refrigerator. Every time I tried to contact them, it seemed like they either ignored me or gave me the runaround. It was similar to attempting to sip from a stone. When they eventually did give a replacement, it was hard and unpleasant, like biting into a frozen pizza. Overall, I was utterly let down by my interaction with PURELINE. Look elsewhere if you're looking for a business that will make you feel good on the inside. Even though PURELINE may have many bells and whistles, they ultimately come across as a cold and disappointing letdown.
