I received one of these flannel shower quilts and loved it so much I wanted to get another one to change to over the winter. This blanket is big enough to wrap a growing baby really securely, and the thicker fabric was perfect for keeping our little boy cozy during the winter (with a sleeper underneath) - but take that with a grain of salt because we live in Texas . We originally had blue circles on blue fabric, so I wanted to change their color. I wanted something gender neutral (considering baby #2) so I went with orange. Orange is definitely more peachy than the main or rusty orange at the end of the spectrum. My husband didn't mind, but for me it was a little more feminine than I wanted with the jagged edges in that peach color. I ended up giving it as a baby gift to a friend with a little girl on the way. I wish they had a few more color options, especially with colored backgrounds like blue.
