Test device • Sound source: PC with Asus Essence STX II audio card with stereo cinch pre-out • Speakers: PSB Image 25, stereo pair. This amp is known to not deliver 300 watts per channel. It is not uncommon for an audio electronics manufacturer to list specifications that come from a particular component rather than the ratings of the entire circuit designed and built. The TPA3255 amplifier chip has a peak power of 300W for a very short period of time, but under the best circuit design conditions with sufficient power supply, heat dissipation and an ideal circuit. The included switching power supply is a good piece of equipment and will work well in normal use. It's rated at 32 volts, 5.0 amps, which equals 160 watts, which is a clear indication that the claimed total output of 600 watts can never be reached or maintained. However, with the Aiyima A07 you will hear 50-60 pure RMS power. Watts per channel, which is not bad in this price range. The sound is satisfying and uncolored, with above-average signal-to-noise ratio and channel separation. No audible noise from device or power signal! The amplifier delivered enough power for my speakers with excellent sound across the audio spectrum. Also, this amp is small, less than 2 inches tall and 4 x 6 inches not including the depth of the knobs and rear jacks (all 4 x 9 inches). Overall I think this amp is a winner given its price, size and sound quality. This would be the perfect amp for casual listening when you don't want to use larger or more expensive gear e.g. B. if you want to turn on desktop speakers, outdoor speakers or a pair of overhead speakers in your kitchen or bathroom. The only thing that has to change about this amp is that the manufacturer provides exact specifications. Featured!
