I have to say the colors of the strap are very pretty and the pictures don't do it justice. In terms of stamina, they seem strong. The color of the clasps changes and mine turned green and then black. All I use on my skin is regular soap and water. I had to go back to my original bracelet because I appeared to be allergic to the bracelet and/or the metal clasps to the point where my skin started to peel, itch and burn. My return period has expired, otherwise they would have been sent back. For these reasons I would not recommend if you think or know you have sensitive skin.
