Really helped best with braces, splints and braces
I have had lower back/ilio lumbar problems for a long time but lately they have gotten a lot worse. Since I didn't want to take any medication, I thought it might be worth a try. It really helped. Great buy for the price. My only issue is that I wish it could be more cozy. It seems I don't have the strength to tighten it as tight as I need to, but then I don't have enough room to fasten it.
