A little wider would be nice but the length is phenomenal. It holds very well, the velcro fastener ensures a very good hold.

I'm very small and it fits perfectly but every time I bend over it it rises up my hips to my waist which is quite narrow and no more there is where she should be. Keep fixing it. I think it's only worth it if your waist is the same size as your hips.

Velcro is not durable. It pops out when I move and after a month with the belt I had to find another one that hopefully has better teeth. Of course, the return window is closed, so I'm just making a complaint here.

Helped relieve pain. I wasn't sure if that would help so I bought one of the cheapest hip braces out there. The quality is about what you would expect from braces in this price range. I will probably test one of the braces in the next price range for durability.

Haven't had this in a long time and the velcro doesn't hold up as well as I got it the first time. I didn't use it that often. Good belt, but it's too big for me. It says it can fit 28 inch hips but I think it would be too big. You will have no pressure as it should be. I have 36 inch hips and after tightening them to my comfort level the straps almost cross over.

It is very comfortable and easy to carry. It's light enough to be worn under clothing. The size is pretty accurate. If you are unsure or there is a slight difference between sizes I would go for the smaller size as it stretches quite well and the velcro keeps it in place. It does slip a little at times, so make sure to tighten the outer straps after it's exactly where you want it. It has given me a lot of support and helped relieve my SI joint pain.
