I bought a pack of four and each fell apart after 3-4 uses. In this model, the bristles are not built into the brush head, but in separate rubber baskets, which are then glued into holes in the brush head. I contacted Philips direct and they sent me a 3 pack of the same which also fell apart. I contacted again and they replied that this never happened but again they agreed to send replacements. I asked for standard nozzles and when they came in the mail there were two of them. I use an oil product to brush my teeth. This is a formula of Almond, Peppermint and Peppermint Oil. Maybe it will dissolve the glue they use. No idea.
