**update- excellent customer service and care about their product. After letting the company know of my issues they were responsive and happy to resolve things. Giving them another try with a different model of their diffusers.**The output is great, it's easy to clean, and I love the capacity. I can run it all day in my apartment with great scent and the lights are nice and subtle. But after just 6 months the lid sticks making it difficult to open for cleaning and refills. And occasionally it turns itself off (not it's not the timer) or the diffuser wont start at all, just the lights. I still use it most days but am already shopping for a replacement because it's become unreliable. Not a big deal for the price I paid but I think for a little more there are other options to consider.
