I'm a DC fan and used to have similar shoes. Some shoe companies vary in size, but if you've had a DC before, stick with what works. They fit as expected. If you have a wide foot I would suggest going up half a size. I have to say even though they are a bit (maximum half a size) smaller than I would like (my fault) I still love them and they still don't hurt my feet, they are just a bit tight. I got a lot of compliments on the gray with a bit of green and I wasn't too keen on it as I liked the design a bit more. When I received them personally, they convinced me. Great color scheme and accent. It's the subtle accent that makes them unique. You have done an excellent job. The DC quality has never diminished and I still have a pair that have had no wear and tear issues (only dirty as they are half white) and have done so for over 5 years. The inner healing fabric has taken some wear but I'm heavier than average and wear them every day. No fraying, laces are intact, inner fabric is not ripped or torn except for a small damage I caused myself while healing. Some of the Sketchers I've had have worn down the fabric lining around the foot including the top healing edge when my foot was put in, but the DC is still holding up great. The only reason I bought a new set is because I wanted to change the color. DC didn't give me a reason because of wear and tear. As others have said these are flat shoes but if I needed support I wouldn't hesitate to add some inserts there. It's worth it. I would recommend these shoes and wouldn't mind the compliments I get every time someone new sees them. And if you're on the fence, chances are you won't be disappointed at all when you get them.
