pans came promptly with a noice thank you card from company. Used to make smaller gingerbread cakes after my recipe (fantastic moist and delicious) would under no circumstances release from a Bundt pan. So a small high springform was what I needed and worked like a charm. will be using theses for some other recipes son I suspect. Unlike some other posters I had no leaking problems. But I have not used them in a Bain Marie.nevertheless I have always double wrapped my springforms when I use them in a waterbacth just as insurance.so I probably will with these too, so I dont anticipate any problems in that area. But with my cake I had no problems at all.
