This item failed in the first few months of ownership. Repeated emails to the seller regarding the advertised 1 transfer guarantee went unanswered. For this reason I have to change my review of this product from 5 stars to 1 star. I expect a few years of use from an item like this, not a few months. I also expect the advertised warranty to be honored and warranty exchange requests to be answered. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. What follows is my original enthusiastic review of the subject. I dismiss all positive comments below, I am a paperweight and cannot recommend this item more in any way. ----------- ---------------------------------------------------- - ---------- -------------------------------------- - I Ride dual purpose motorcycles. I usually inflate the tires for better grip when I'm driving on gravel or dirt roads, and then inflate them again when I get back onto tarmac for durability and handling. There are a few things I really like about this pump. 1) Ability to set the PSI I want my tire to inflate to so I can do something else while the tire is inflated to the correct pressure. This is the first pump I've had with this feature. It's a great time saver, it gets the pressure right every time, and eliminates a lot of the hassle of getting the 'right' pressure. 2) The fact that it is battery powered. Again, this just saves a lot of fuss. My dual sport bikes have a cigarette style plug but my dirt bikes and garden tractor don't. This pump means I no longer have to lug my dirty bikes and lawnmower to the truck just to inflate my tires. I like this pump too). The nipple that connects to the tire nipple is all metal, rectangular and more durable than any of my previous pumps. The flashlight is handy (good for inflating tires but not a serious flashlight). Really well designed and functional pump.
