I read many conflicting reviews before buying, the worst was the one that got a blouse instead of a dress! Thought I'd try it and send it back if it's not great. For sizing: I'm 5ft 7in and about 1.5m. 215lbs wearing size 14 pants and a 36D bra. I ordered black dots in size XL. The material is surprisingly comfortable. It's thin, yes, but it's not see-through. It is soft and has a certain weight. It doesn't fall short either, at least for my figure. The sleeves are tight-fitting up to the elbow and the elastic bulges slightly. The sleeves fit me perfectly. That's the only negative I have: boobs. I went up a size because other reviews said the chest area was unwearable and I'm glad I did. The top elastic ruffle should be below the bust, but in an uncomfortable position. When I put it on I literally have to stretch my chest over the band and then it's a bit tight but not uncomfortable.
