Review on IBD by Mario Hernandez

I was eager to try IBD because I enjoy experimenting with different beauty products. My interactions with this internet store, however, have been utterly disappointing. The first thing I noticed was that, despite the fact that they do have a large selection of products, many of the ones I was interested in either weren't in stock or couldn't be bought. It was disappointing to spend time looking through their website just to discover that many of the items I intended to purchase were out of stock. When I finally discovered items that were in stock, I was dissatisfied with the caliber. I tried a number of IBD skincare products, but they fell short of the expectations. It was quite upsetting that some of the products in fact made my skin worse. Even worse, IBD's customer service department was unresponsive and unhelpful when I contacted them for support. They obviously didn't appreciate me as a customer, and I felt neglected and rejected as a result. In conclusion, I wouldn't suggest IBD to anyone looking for a reputable and excellent online merchant for cosmetics and personal care items. Even though they could have some high-quality products, dealing with them is stressful and disappointing due to their irregular inventory and bad customer support.
