So far, so good. The brush came with some accessories like a hair bandana, two hair clips, a hair removal tool (really nice) and instructions. What I love about this brush is that the cord comes with a Schuko plug. All temperatures work perfectly. I usually set the brush on low when my hair is almost dry or on medium when it's slightly damp because my hair is very fine. I didn't feel the brush getting hot but I haven't used it for a long time. The brush dries the hair very quickly. I even used it for my 4 year old daughter. This is the first time I'm using this brush, so I can't compare it to any other. But so far I'm happy with my purchase.
