I'm 5ft 8in, about 120lbs, pear shaped (bust 34in, hips about 37in). I am also an active elderly person! The medium sized jacket fits me perfectly. It hugs the hips a little, but doesn't constrict. I can easily wear a top under a jacket, but not a thick sweater. The blue color is very beautiful. Hope this review helps you!
