The smell reminds me of fragrant acetone, a notch less harsh than a nail salon, but still confusing. I timed it and after 50 minutes my left heel started to burn badly! I started screaming! I ran to flush both legs. My peel lasted about 12 days. It worked well for 80% of my soles, calluses and bones. It was wonderful. The only thing I hate is toe peeling. It was blurry and impossible to feel. It looked bad for over a week, maybe two. There must be a solution to cover the peaks. Maybe next time I'll use washcloths on them!
