Product arrived as described. Basically it's just a silicone case for a PTZ camera with a metal wall mount. But for the price it's great. While I would say that it is technically "weatherproof", it is not weatherproof. So keep that in mind when purchasing. The lens (which rotates) and micro-USB power connector are exposed to the elements and protected only by a small silicone cover. If it were offered in a style that covers the lens and power port, that would be perfect. But since it doesn't, it shouldn't be considered your only line of defense against rain or snow. Overall I like the fit and finish. It looks beautiful, almost like a bird feeder, and goes really well with the camera. On the back of the cover there are slots for the heat exchange provided by the chamber, which is very important. It also has a fold-down USB cover that provides access but can also be left closed for protection. The metal wall plate is easy to assemble and well made. If you're thinking of mounting the camera outside under a ceiling that can sometimes be hit by light rain, snow, etc. then this should be perfect for you. However, I wouldn't buy this as the only "protection" against rain and snow. It's really not meant for that.
