I have to say I was a bit skeptical before using this toaster. The one I bought less than three months ago might have been a nice color but that was the only good thing about it. This stainless steel two slice toaster has been in use for about two months and my family is very happy with it. The extra wide slots allow me to toast bagels or just rye or white bread. I don't normally toast frozen bagels, but the blue LED indicates the option to thaw or cancel. In any case, the toast was good. You may need to change the browning level of the toast, which may take a try or two. We operate the second or third lever and notice that the toast comes out perfectly, but does not burn. Some might prefer a darker one and use a 3, 4 or 5 level to make it how you prefer. The crumb tray can be easily removed, emptied and reinserted for cleaning. I'm ready, but if you prefer countertop standing, you'll love the stainless steel design as it looks great in any kitchen. Also, you can leave the cable at the bottom of the device for easy storage. If it keeps working then it will be good for months to come. I would say it is a great toaster that you will enjoy owning. I've been using this toaster for about two months now and it works well. Low level toast (2 or 3). So far it's held up well and I'm very happy with it and hope it stays that way. I will update in a few months.
