I wear 11M American women's shoes so I bought size M9/W11: the fit (worn with straps forward) is perfect, there is enough room throughout for natural movement and total comfort. Love how my feet feel with it: Wearing it every day (as opposed to wearing barefoot) has greatly relieved my chronic foot and heel pain. I love the vents that keep my feet cool in desert conditions. I like that they are waterproof and SO. easy to clean. I love how they look on my feet. Like the affordable price. CONS The straps are too short to wear around the heel - they push the feet forward enough that the toes are forward and you have plenty of clearance behind the insole (as pictured). For some, it may help if the straps are heated (with a hair dryer) and then stretched. CONCLUSION: I've been wearing them indoors and out constantly for over a year. They are still in great shape and I love them more than ever! I plan to get another pair.
