Review on Kuoser British Reversible Clothing Waterproof by Nichole Summers

This is exactly what I was looking for. WITHOUT FLEECE. My Rusty weighs 15 pounds and is 13 years old. He's got pads and his joints won't let me wear a sweater. I needed something light that he would NOT have to step on or a sweater, I needed velcro. It is reversible in beige and is lighter than fleece. It will rain, not heavy rain. My pet hates the rain and needs to be carried inside. Also, my pet has a big head and I was able to adjust this access harness. Exactly what we were looking for.
