I would give this product 0 stars but 1 star is the lowest rating you can give. I am very disappointed in this product and Shark! After using this vacuum cleaner for less than 3 months and only 6 times, it stopped working! The roller brush stops working, although the indicator light is on as if it is working - as soon as you tilt the vacuum cleaner, the roller brush stops rotating. I have followed all the steps in the troubleshooting guide to make sure there are no blockages etc. It still didn't work so I contacted Shark as the instructions say the original unit and/or non-wearing parts of the unit are provided "5 year warranty.". The Shark rep stated that the warranty only covers the motor (although the manual says otherwise) and I had to pay them $38 to have the motorized floor brush replaced in the mail. Hopefully it will be working again when the replacement part arrives! I'm so disappointed 1. The vacuum cleaner doesn't work after 6 uses 2. Shark reaction even though the instructions say warranty Also, they charge for a replacement part when I've had the vacuum cleaner for 3 months! The reviews of this product on Amazon are good but after reading thousands of reviews this is a common fault of the roller brush on this vacuum cleaner and an obvious problem with this product.
