I think this would be useful if you install a thermometer.
Measures temperature correctly and matches other thermometers. The design is odd as the probe wire comes out the back of the device. I think that makes sense if you mount the thermometer outside of the device and plug in the probe directly from the installation position. Otherwise, the design is a bit awkward, as you can't leave it on your desk, for example, without it tipping over.
