The system has been designed very well, it's user friendly as you can easily navigate through all features of this software with ease.The team behind icosian really cares for its users by providing them support when they need assistance or guidance to use any feature within the application. There are some minor bugs like sometimes we face issues while searching employees from different departments but nothing major so far! We have found great success using this platform to communicate effectively with our clients and get feedback about how much time each client spends online during working hours compared to non-working ones.
