Great tool which is easy and quick way

The fact we can see all our staff, supervisors & managers together with any message or query they have for us without having to send them an email makes this software very useful! There are not many problems regarding icosians but if you do find something please contact customer service who will be happy to help resolve your issue as quickly as possible. This has made managing people much easier than going through emails individually - it also helps save time too since no more sending out…

The system has been designed very well, it's user friendly as you can easily navigate through all features of this software with ease.The team behind icosian really cares for its users by providing them support when they need assistance or guidance to use any feature within the application. Excellent product and fantastic service

Ease of use, ease to see status changes for all users (even when not logged into your portal), great customer support team - very responsive! The ability to create sub-portals within our main site was something we needed but didn't realize how difficult it would be to implement once built. We were able to customize much easier than expected with no coding required from us.
