Ease of use, ease to see status changes for all users (even when not logged into your portal), great customer support team - very responsive! The ability to create sub-portals within our main site was something we needed but didn't realize how difficult it would be to implement once built. We were able to customize much easier than expected with no coding required from us. Our employees could easily access information while they are away or out of state by accessing via an app instead of waiting until returning home to log back onto work system.
