Chose B&W pi 4 and sony wi-1000xm2. The main priority for me is sound quality and ease of use, for my taste, the sound from Sony turned out to be many times juicier and brighter, so I chose them. I have been using it for about a month and this is what I can say about them: - The sound is great, especially instrumental music, the reinforcing element gives just incredible detail on the top and high mids. There is a lot of bass, but by adjusting the equalizer I removed it a little and got the balance of lows and highs familiar to me. - The application for the phone (iOS in my case) and software are mediocre, there is an equalizer, you can see the charge level and adjust the noise reduction, there are some other alteration whistles - but in fact they are useless for me. Maybe the software will improve, but I doubt it. - Shumodav - it would be better if it were not there. When you turn on the headphones, it always turns on and works by default, but even in a quiet room it spoils the sound. I always turn it off and it annoys me that I have to do this every time you turn on the headphones. So, he presses the sound (the metro is not audible), but otherwise stupid. - It's strange, but the headphones can't pair with two devices at once, it upset me, because I can't connect them to my phone and laptop at the same time. Outcome. I am happy with the purchase, but there is something to complain about. They perform their task well, the music plays with high quality, the bluetooth is not buggy. There are no bells and whistles and miracles "ala AirPods" and will not be.
