Great when the rattle comes out

I was surprised to find there was a rattle in my head mostly because I wanted to use it as a sleeping love but ended up taking the rattle out of my head which is great. If you know how to sew, it's very easy to pull the thread out of the head, take out the little plastic rattle and sew back on. I bought another one for backup and did the same.
