Nice that someone suggested ordering half a size up. Depending on the shoe, it could be 8 or 8.5 for me. I ordered 8.5 and it fits perfectly! Fit like a glove 😊 If you fluctuate closer to 8.5 most of the time, go for 9. Other than that, I would describe my legs as narrow with a higher arch. Arch support is moderate. These are narrow and "low profile". Like flip flops, they have arch support. Absolutely no athletic shoes. They are cute to walk with. If your feet are thick (top to bottom or wide) around the ball of your foot, they may not be comfortable for you. I barely have enough laces to tie them and they are not loose, neither is my fatter foot. Hope that helps!
