Revainrating 5 out of 5

Wonderful quality, one hundred percent satisfied!

The fact that touchpads in poppies are an order of magnitude better than on 99% of all winbooks is not denied even by active Apple haters. Here he is not the worst, by the way - 8/10. For a winbook, this is, as it were, not a drawback, probably) Especially since I liked the lack of separate buttons for the mouse. They are, but hidden under the common canvas of the touchpad. I also do not like that on the vast majority of Winbooks, the touchpads are shifted to the left. But here it is not very small, it is not shifted so much to the left; There were no inconveniences, oddly enough. The power supply is not deadly brick as some reviews say. It is still narrowed with nice jackdaw-shaped cuts at the ends. Here at many Lenovo they are really huge. Of course, I would like the unit to be more compact, like that of macbooks or msi of the creator series. But on the block there is a convenient holder for a folded cable. Bought not for video games. Therefore, I can not say about the capabilities of the gtx 1650 on some demanding games. I think there are a lot of detailed reviews on the net. The only thing, put wot. They run great at the top. In normal mode, the operation of coolers is not audible. When you start the game or begin to work hard after a few seconds. Noisy decently, but without high notes. Therefore, no particular discomfort is felt. As soon as you leave the game, the noise immediately stops. The RAM in my laptop is 8 GB. It is clear that there will be two strips of 4 GB. To bring at least up to 16 GB, two new strips will be required. These are the vile laws of marketing) I didn't find any problems with overheating. Coolers work well. Air is blown out not only from behind, but also from the sides. The case and keyboard do not seem to heat up. Together with the power supply, it weighs a little over 3kg, I believe. It is clear that with such a process and vidyuhi, the laptop cannot be ultra, otherwise it will be tormented to cool down and the performance will be cut down. Quite comfortable weight and dimensions.

Pros
  • Screen. Thin bezels around the screen. Performance (good video card, 6 core processor). Battery. Assembly. The presence of part of the connectors at the back. Thunderbolt and sd card slot. Additional memory (sata) to the installed ssd. The ability to seamlessly replace memory and RAM. A separate digital block, who needs it. Keyboard backlight. Design. A laptop for such a price, with good hardware, cannot have a professional screen. As for me, he is very good. Quite juicy. There are no lights. Brightness is enough for the eyes. Not enough for graphics work. But what prevents you from buying a professional 4k monitor and connecting to it via thunderbolt? Windows 10 even allows you to transfer an image to another monitor without wires (I don’t know in what capacity). The case is plastic, but very monolithic. The plastic is easily soiled, but in similar Lenovo it is an order of magnitude worse. Cleans up easily. Keyboard with two-level illumination. The lighting is nice and good quality. The keyboard itself is quite comfortable, more versatile than gaming. The move is clear. The lid opens easily. Screws are simple, cross. But as elsewhere, the metal of screws in laptops is soft and easily cut off if the screwdriver is not very suitable. Manufacturers definitely save on screws. Instead of an additional hdd, it's easy to put an ssd. By the way, you can put ssd nvme of any size in the main slot here (something moves there). And it seems like you can replace the wireless adapter yourself with another one with 6k support, for example. By the way, in the laptop, the ethernet adapter is called some kind of Killer. It seems to be especially fast, which is useful for online team games, for example. The battery lasts long enough if you watch movies, work with the office or surf the net. Especially if the brightness is a little lower. In game mode, 30-40 minutes is enough, it seems to me. I really like the design, especially with a white body (like mine). Restrained, not pretentious, but with a twist.
Cons
  • Speakers. Power cable. Windows. Before that, I used a MacBook for more than 10 years. But the exorbitant prices of Apple + expensive repairs forced me to choose something more mundane). What will be the cons, I immediately assumed. Even with a 2022 firmware, the sound, even by today's standards for a non-gaming laptop, is very cool. There are no synthetic effects. The sound is clear and detailed. No powerful bass, but I don't need it. There speakers are 10/10, this Dell is 5/10. I still cannot understand where these speakers are located))) But the sound is the same as on the screen copy of the film. Everything seems to be heard, but the details, especially speech, are very fuzzy. Listening is not very comfortable. The quieter, the poorer the sound, by the way. The overall length of the power cords is short. The cord from the power supply is still nothing, but from the outlet to the unit is really short. I don’t know how it is on new ones, but on old 2022 pros, the length of the cords was more than sufficient. There was no thought of any extension cords. And here it is actually twice as short. Still do not like such a thick thing on the cord right in front of the connector. It's some kind of fuse or stabilizer. If it lies on the table, then it is normal, but if it hangs down, it will catch on the edge of the table or the wire in this place will bend more strongly. At first I thought that there was no power indicator. It turned out that it is implemented in the form of a very beautiful blue led-backlight on the connector itself. Beautiful, but the connector is located on the back. You need to either lower the lid, or somehow look from the side) By the way, about the lid. She is dumb. Even such a not very light laptop case rises a little. And it's not a "macbook test". The central loop is one and not wide enough, so if you open the lid by the edge, it will noticeably bend, which is not good. The inconvenience of Windows is all subjective, of course. And it has nothing to do with the characteristics of this laptop. But . I was pleased with the support for gestures for the touchpad. You can live)))
