So when i got mine it slide good when the block was moved fast, but when moved slowly it would get stuck. So they said i could get a new block and they would refund me. When i got the new block it was way werse than the first. (Its important to note that it came from a different company name, but it is very possible that they are the same company that just has two different names.) So they then said they would send me a completly new rail. While i was waiting i watch some videos on how to clean the block it worked, but i then tried to simply try brake cleaner and that worked best. So after cleaning the original one it was decent. (it won't be very good for my purpose, but i'm sure i'll be able to do something with it.) I got the second rail and it wasn't very good ether but better after using brake cleaner on it it is much better when tilting it strait up and down the block falls with a medium to easy tap. ( Which isn't perfect but overall much better.) So the quality is very questionable but some very good costumer service.
